Hi, I’m Fullar, the Founder and Buyers Advocate at Property Begins. With over a decade of experience as a property investor, I know how overwhelming buying a home or investment can be. My mission is to take the stress out of the process by guiding you with expert negotiation, tailored property searches, and honest, professional advice.
My passion for education and helping others comes from my late father, a dedicated teacher in Cambodia. After my family’s tree-change to South Gippsland, I experienced firsthand how important it is to have a place to call home. Through life’s unexpected challenges and losses, I’ve learned that securing your future through property is one of the most empowering decisions you can make.

Hi, I’m Al, Co-Founder at Property Begins, I oversee the operational side of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our clients get the best possible service.
With over 20 years of experience in and around the property industry, I’ve helped countless buyers and investors navigate the market with confidence—whether it’s auction bidding, or management. I thrive in the fast-paced auction environment, using smart strategies and deep market knowledge to help my clients walk away with winning results.
Having worked at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), I understand the ins and outs of industry regulations, market trends, and best practices. But at the end of the day, real estate isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people. I take a down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach to ensure my clients feel confident, informed, and in control of their property journey.
Away from the property world, I’m a family man who loves spending time by the water. I’m passionate about helping people make smart property moves, whether they’re buying their first home, building an investment portfolio, or tackling a competitive auction.
